We’re a full-service team with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS, based in the Blue Bell office and working across Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, and Delaware counties and South Jersey. Bob has been licensed since 2004 and has spent two decades building a team of agents who handle the moving pieces so our clients don’t have to track them all.
Selling
Pricing and preparation come before marketing, and the marketing is real: professional photography, video tours, and paid social placement that puts the home in front of buyers who aren’t refreshing the MLS every morning. Listing it is the easy part. Getting it seen by the right people is the job.
Buying
We look past what’s publicly listed. That includes off-market properties, exclusive company listings, and new construction, which is one of the areas this team knows best. If you’re relocating into the region, we’ve handled that route often enough to know where the friction shows up.
New construction, investment, and relocation
These are our specialties, not a sideline. New construction means knowing which builders deliver on schedule and what’s negotiable in a builder contract. Investment means running the numbers before you fall for the property. Relocation means understanding what someone moving from out of state actually needs to know about these townships, schools, and commutes.
The people around the deal
A transaction involves a lender, an inspector, a contractor, sometimes a mover and an attorney. We’ve worked with ours long enough to know who returns calls and who doesn’t. You’re welcome to use your own. If you’d rather not go find them, we have them.
After closing
We stay in touch with values, market shifts, and whatever you need to know about the house you now own. Most of our business comes from people we’ve already worked with, which is the only metric we care about.
